When living too long in a single environment, humans and other living beings tend to accept their circumstances instead of changing them. However, deep within each individual, there is always a desire to break free — a quiet resilience I associate with the spirit I grew up around in Vietnam, where strength is often carried silently. A hybrid of human and beast, carrying the blood of a dragon — evolving in darkness, not to ascend, but to survive.
